Uvexio Privacy Policy

Uvexio ("Uvexio", "we", "us", or "our") is a Telegram-based digital card collection Mini App operated through the Uvexio Telegram Bot. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and how it is used to operate Uvexio.

1. Information We Process

When you use Uvexio through Telegram, we may process information associated with your Telegram account, including:

• Telegram User ID: a unique Telegram account identifier used internally to authenticate and associate your Uvexio account with your collection and activity.
• First and Last Name: used to create and display your account or collector display name where applicable.
• Username: used as a public-facing Telegram handle in relevant Uvexio interfaces, including the leaderboard and collector views.
• Profile Photo URL: used to display your avatar in relevant Uvexio interfaces, such as the top bar and collector lists.
• Language Code: the language information provided by Telegram may be stored with your account information.

2. Card Collection Data

To provide the Uvexio collection system, we process information such as:

• Cards owned by your account;
• Card identifiers;
• Quantity of each card owned;
• Card rarity and category information;
• Collector Score;
• A public account/reference identifier used to associate your public collection information with your account.

3. Collector Score and Leaderboard

Uvexio uses a Collector Score based on the lifetime amount of Telegram Stars spent on cards within Uvexio. The leaderboard is generated from account data and sorted by Collector Score.

Depending on the relevant Uvexio interface, your public-facing collector information may include your username or display name, avatar, Collector Score, rank, and collection information.

4. Purchases and Telegram Stars

Uvexio uses Telegram Stars for card purchases. When Telegram confirms a successful purchase, Uvexio processes information necessary to fulfill and verify that purchase.

This may include:

• Your internal account/Telegram identifier;
• The purchased card identifier;
• The purchase price in Telegram Stars;
• Card ownership and quantity changes;
• The updated Collector Score;
• The remaining card supply;
• A Telegram payment or charge identifier used for verification and transaction records.

Uvexio does not ask you to provide your bank-card number, wallet private key, or Telegram account password to complete a card purchase.

5. How We Use Information

We use processed information to:

• Authenticate and maintain your Uvexio account;
• Provide your card collection;
• Record card ownership and quantities;
• Process and verify card purchases;
• Update card supply;
• Calculate Collector Scores and rankings;
• Display relevant profile, collector, and avatar information;
• Maintain the operation, security, and integrity of Uvexio;
• Maintain purchase and transaction records.

6. Analytics and Advertising

Uvexio does not currently use third-party analytics services to track users across services, and we do not use the information described in this policy for third-party behavioral advertising.

7. Storage and Infrastructure

Uvexio uses Cloudflare infrastructure to operate the service. Relevant application and account data is stored using Cloudflare D1. Card artwork and related static card assets are served using Cloudflare R2 and its content-delivery infrastructure.

These infrastructure providers may process information as technically necessary to provide the services used by Uvexio.

8. Telegram and Third-Party Services

Uvexio operates through Telegram and uses Telegram functionality, including Telegram Stars. Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Uvexio does not currently intentionally send user information to unrelated third-party analytics, advertising, or data-broker services.

9. Data Retention

We retain account, collection, and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Uvexio, maintain card ownership and scoring, verify purchases, protect the integrity of the service, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate transaction records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by Uvexio against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Privacy Requests and Account Information

If you have a privacy question or want to request correction or deletion of information associated with your Uvexio account, contact Uvexio through the official Telegram Bot: @Uvexio_bot.

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for transaction verification, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or maintaining the integrity of the service.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Uvexio's functionality, infrastructure, or data practices change. The current version will remain available through the Uvexio Bot and Mini App.
